Brooklyn, NY (SportsNetwork.com) – Rookie Bojan Bogdanovic scored an NBA career-high 22 points to lead the Brooklyn Nets to a 104-96 win over the Orlando Magic on Sunday. Deron Williams added 18 points and seven assists and Joe Johnson scored 13 for the Nets, who took control with a big run in the third quarter and then held the Magic to just 19 points in the fourth to finish off a winning homestand. Nikola Vucevic led all players with 27 points and 12 rebounds but the Magic had a two-game winning streak snapped. Evan Fournier added 19 points in the loss and Channing Frye scored 13.

Auburn Hills, MI (SportsNetwork.com) – Gordon Hayward scored 11 of his team- high 17 points in the fourth quarter and the Utah Jazz rallied past the Detroit Pistons, 97-96. Hayward helped lead the Jazz back from a nine- point deficit in the fourth, however he missed an isolation 3-pointer from the top of the key with 5.9 seconds left, giving the Pistons one last look at the basket. Out of a timeout, Brandon Jennings took the inbounds pass, blew by Alec Burks and tried a floater, but it was off the mark as the buzzer sounded. Derrick Favors had 16 points and 12 rebounds for the Jazz while Burks and Enes Kanter added 14 apiece.

Final Score: Oklahoma City 101, Sacramento 93

Oklahoma City, OK (SportsNetwork.com) – Reggie Jackson scored 11 of his 22 points in the fourth quarter, lifting the Oklahoma City Thunder over the Sacramento Kings, 101-93, on Sunday. Jeremy Lamb added 17 points and nine rebounds for the Thunder, who have won 11 straight against the Kings. Serge Ibaka tallied 14 points, nine boards and four blocks. Sebastian Telfair and Nick Collison donated 14 and 10 points, respectively, for Oklahoma City, which snapped a three-game skid. Rudy Gay ended with 23 points, 10 rebounds, six assists and two steals for the Kings, who had a five-game winning streak snapped. DeMarcus Cousins and Ben McLemore each had 16 points. Sacramento has lost all 12 meetings in Oklahoma City.

Toronto, ON (SportsNetwork.com) – DeMar DeRozan scored 24 points in limited action as the Toronto Raptors rolled to a 120-88 rout of the winless Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday. DeRozan shot 8-of-12 before sitting the entire fourth quarter with the game well in hand. Terrence Ross had 17 points and Louis Williams dropped 16 off the bench against his former team. Toronto led by 41 late in the fourth, one point shy of the biggest win in franchise history, but the Sixers closed the gap with a 13-4 run to finish the game. The Raptors beat Miami 96-54 in 2008. Tony Wroten led Philly with 18 points and Chris Johnson finished with 16 off the bench. The Sixers fell to 0-7 on the season with the dreaded Texas road trip on deck, as meetings with Dallas, Houston and San Antonio are next on the schedule.

Dallas, TX (SportsNetwork.com) – Luol Deng turned in his best game as a member of the Miami Heat, scoring 30 points, to lead them to a 105-96 win over the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday. Deng’s previous high this season was 18, but he filled it up against the Mavs as Miami’s new Big Three all contributed to the victory. Dwyane Wade supplied 20 points with 10 assists and Chris Bosh posted 20 points and 10 rebounds for the Heat, who have won two straight following a two-game skid. Monta Ellis paced the Mavs with 23 points and Dirk Nowitzki added 17. Tyson Chandler deposited a 16-point, 15-rebound double-double in the setback.

Final Score: Phoenix 107, Golden State 95

Phoenix, AZ (SportsNetwork.com) – Isaiah Thomas scored 22 points and dished out seven assists as the Phoenix Suns used a huge fourth quarter to beat the previously unbeaten Golden State Warriors, 107-95, on Sunday. Gerald Green and Goran Dragic each had 19 points for the Suns, who outscored Golden State by a 36-16 margin in the final stanza. Marcus Morris added 17 points and nine rebounds. Stephen Curry ended with 28 points and 10 assists for the Warriors (5-1), who played without guard Klay Thompson due to a sprained right hand. Draymond Green tallied 22 points, nine boards and four blocks.

Portland, OR (SportsNetwork.com) – LaMarcus Aldridge had 28 points and nine rebounds in the Portland Trail Blazers’ 116-100 victory over the Denver Nuggets on Sunday. Wesley Matthews added 21 points and six boards for the Blazers, who improved to 4-3 on the young season. Robin Lopez and Chris Kaman each tallied 12 points. Kenneth Faried ended with 19 points, seven rebounds and three blocks for the Nuggets (1-5), who have lost five in a row. Arron Afflalo and Ty Lawson each donated 18 points.

Los Angeles, CA (SportsNetwork.com) – The Los Angeles Lakers had four days off in between games. That little break proved to be beneficial as they finally got in the win column with a solid team effort on Sunday. Kobe Bryant and Jeremy Lin each scored 21 points to help Los Angeles to a 107-92 victory over the Charlotte Hornets. The Lakers (1-5), who were off to their worst start in Los Angeles history, hadn’t lost six straight to open the season since the 1957-58 Minneapolis team dropped its first seven. Carlos Boozer finished with 16 points on 7-of-11 shooting, Jordan Hill netted 12 and Ed Davis added 10. Al Jefferson paced the Hornets with 23 points, while Kemba Walker and Marvin Williams scored 17 and 11, respectively. Lance Stephenson pulled down a game-high 10 rebounds.
