Mike McCall Jr. scored 18 points, Jordair Jett added 13 and Dwayne Evans finished with 10 points and 12 boards for the Billikens (25-3, 12-1), who had a 19-game winning streak snapped.

Lexington, KY (SportsNetwork.com) – The resurgent Arkansas Razorbacks posted a signature road win, topping 17th-ranked Kentucky in overtime for the second time this season, 71-67. The victory ended a nine-game losing skid at Rupp Arena for the Razorbacks (19-9, 8-7 SEC), who topped the Wildcats last month on Michael Qualls’ putback dunk with 0.2 seconds remaining in the extra session. Qualls paced the Razorbacks with 14 points on Thursday. Rashad Madden netted 12, Coty Clarke had 11 and Anthlon Bell added 10 to round out Arkansas’ double-digit scorers. The Razorbacks have won four straight and six of their last seven games. Willie Cauley-Stein totaled 16 points and tied a career high with 13 rebounds for the Wildcats (21-7, 11-4), who played in their second consecutive overtime game after edging LSU last Saturday.

Stanford Robinson and Evan Gordon had 17 and 12 points, respectively, in reserve roles for Indiana (16-12, 6-9 Big Ten), while the four non-Sheehey starters combined for just 21 points on six made field goals. This was the lone meeting between the two teams this season after the Hoosiers swept both matchups a season ago. Roy Devyn Marble paced Iowa (19-9, 8-7) with 20 points, Aaron White scored 19 and Melsahn Basabe had 14 in the Hawkeyes’ third straight setback.

TaShawn Thomas scored 16 points to go with seven rebounds and three blocks and Jherrod Stiggers added 14 points for the Cougars (14-14, 6-9 American), who have won two straight. Michael Dixon Jr. scored 19 points, Shaq Goodwin scored 16 points and pulled down 10 rebounds and Austin Nichols netted 12 for the Tigers (21-7, 10-5), who had won five of six entering the contest.

University Park, PA (SportsNetwork.com) – D.J. Newbill scored 23 points and Penn State proved to be Ohio State’s nemesis once again, coming through with a 65-63 victory over the 22nd-ranked Buckeyes at Bryce Jordan Center. The hero of last month’s shocking 71-70 overtime decision over the Buckeyes in Columbus, Newbill netted 17 of his points in the second half to help Penn State (14-14, 5-10 Big Ten) pull off its first season sweep of Ohio State since 1997-98. Tim Frazier contributed 16 points to the upset win, which the Lions cemented with a 22-of-28 performance from the foul line. Newbill made good on 11-of-12 free throws, while Frazier finished 7-of-8 from the stripe. Ohio State (22-7, 9-7) bounced back to win six of seven since their Jan. 29 defeat to the Nittany Lions, but went just 18-of-27 from the stripe and were outrebounded by a 34-25 margin in the rematch.
