Seth Allen ended with 22 points for the Terrapins (15-13, 7-8), who have lost three of four. Dez Wells tallied 15 points and seven rebounds.

It is an NCAA record 57th time that Kansas has either won or shared a conference regular-season title. Cameron Clark had 18 points, Buddy Hield scored 16 and Jordan Woodard gave 10 points and six helpers for the Sooners (20-8, 9-6), who had won three of four coming in.
