Lenzelle Smith Jr. netted 14 and Aaron Craft added 12 points for the Buckeyes (11-0), who will face Notre Dame Saturday. Amir Williams contributed 11 points and 12 rebounds. Devon Saddler scored 17 and Jarvis Threatt added 14 points and nine rebounds for Delaware (5-6), which has lost three straight.

Hartford, CT (SportsNetwork.com) – Chasson Randle had 22 points and Stanford beat No. 10 Connecticut 53-51 on Wednesday to hand the Huskies their first loss of the season. UConn — knocking off some rust after 11 days without a game — had a 10-point lead at halftime but was held to just 13 points in the last 20 minutes. Still, the Huskies had a couple of chances to take the lead near the end but Shabazz Napier missed a long jumper on one possession and gave the ball up on the last touch to Omar Calhoun, whose 3-point try about 10 feet beyond the arc hit the rim at the buzzer. Josh Huestis scored 13 points with 10 rebounds for the Cardinal (8-2), who have won three in a row since falling to Pittsburgh on Nov. 26. Dwight Powell had 10 points and 15 boards in the victory. DeAndre Daniels scored 15 points and Napier had 12 to lead the Huskies (9-1), who last played Dec. 6. They were trying to go 10-0 for the fifth time in nine years and first time since 2010-11, when they won the NCAA title.

Jalan West nailed a game-tying 3-pointer with 14 seconds left in regulation to send the game into an extra session, where Baylor (9-1) used a 10-2 run to put the game away. Cory Jefferson had 22 points and 10 rebounds for the Bears, who have won three straight since falling to Syracuse in the Maui Invitational title game on Nov. 27. West finished with 26 points, eight assists and seven rebounds for Northwestern State (4-6), which has dropped six of its last eight.

Felix hit two big baskets down the stretch to help the Longhorns (10-1) record their most significant win of the season despite squandering an 11-point halftime lead. The sophomore point guard’s jumper off a screen snapped a 77-77 tie with just under two minutes left, and his clutch 3-pointer on Texas’ next possession proved to be too much for the Tar Heels to overcome. Isaiah Taylor added a team-best 16 points and Jonathan Holmes posted 15 along with 10 rebounds in the victory, the Longhorns’ sixth straight since their lone loss of the season, an 86-82 setback to BYU on Nov. 25. Marcus Paige racked up 23 points and seven rebounds for North Carolina (7-3), which came in riding a three-game win streak that included marquee decisions over Michigan State and Kentucky. Leslie McDonald, playing for the first time this season after having his eligibility restored by the NCAA on Wednesday, hit four 3-pointers in a 15- point effort.

Maurice Ndour poured in 16 points, adding six rebounds and four assists for the Bobcats (7-3). Nick Kellogg added 12 points in the setback.

San Diego, CA (SportsNetwork.com) – Xavier Thames scored 10 of his 16 points in a huge first half for No. 24 San Diego State and the Aztecs coasted to a 76-39 win over Southern Utah on Wednesday night. The Aztecs shot 50 percent and were 6-for-11 on 3-pointers in the first half for a 41-11 lead at the break. Thames made two 3s in a 21-2 run to open the game. Aqeel Quinn added 14 points and Josh Davis scored 13 with 14 rebounds for the Aztecs (8-1), who have won seven straight games since losing to current No. 1 Arizona on Nov. 14. Trey Kennedy had 10 points to lead the Thunderbirds (1-7), who have lost seven in a row since opening the season with a win over Arizona Christian.
