Lions WR Johnson probable for Sunday

Allen Park, MI (SportsNetwork.com) – Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson practiced fully all week and is probable for Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins.

Johnson has been held out of the Lions’ last three games due to a nagging high ankle sprain. The All-Pro wideout has not played since Detroit’s 17-14 loss to the Bills on Oct. 5.

The 29-year-old Johnson has 22 catches for 348 yards and two touchdowns in five games this season.

Tight ends Brandon Pettigrew (foot) and Joseph Fauria (ankle) are listed as questionable. Fellow tight end Eric Ebron (hamstring) is doubtful.

Pettigrew missed the game in London game two weeks ago and Fauria has missed the last five games. Ebron, the team’s top draft pick in May, has sat out the past two games.

Running back Reggie Bush is probable. The ex-Dolphin missed two of Detroit’s previous three games prior to its bye due to an ankle injury.

Defensive end George Johnson (hamstring) sat out practice Friday after being a full participant Wednesday and Thursday, but is listed as probable for Sunday.

Starting defensive tackle Nick Fairley’s injured right knee will not require surgery. He will miss Sunday’s game.
