Jacksonville football sets 2014 schedule

Jacksonville, FL (SportsNetwork.com) – Jacksonville University’s football team will play an 11-game schedule this year, including five at home.

The Dolphins will kick off their season on Aug. 30 at Southeastern Louisiana.

They will host Pioneer Football League opponents San Diego (Sept. 13), Drake (Oct. 4, Homecoming), Marist (Nov. 1) and Campbell (Nov. 15) as well as Ivy League power Penn (Sept. 20) at remodeled D.B. Milne Field.

The Dolphins finished 5-6 overall and 4-4 in the PFL under coach Kerwin Bell last season.
