Bloomington, IN (Sports Network) – Deshaun Thomas had 18 points and the 14th- ranked Ohio State Buckeyes prevented the second-ranked Indiana Hoosiers from clinching the outright Big Ten Conference regular-season title with a 67-58 decision on Tuesday. Aaron Craft added 15 points and four steals for the Buckeyes (22-7, 12-5 Big Ten), who now sit one game behind Indiana and can still claim a share of the conference crown. Ohio State, which has won four in a row, ends the regular season on Sunday against Illinois. Cody Zeller ended with 17 points for the Hoosiers (25-5, 13-4), who were trying to claim their first outright title since 1993. Christian Watford donated 12 points. Despite loses in two of its last three games, Indiana can still win the outright title with a win against Michigan on Sunday.

Durham, NC (Sports Network) – Seth Curry posted 20 points and five rebounds as third-ranked Duke used a dominating second half for an 85-57 win over Virginia Tech on Tuesday. Ryan Kelly had 18 points, nine rebounds and five assists, while Mason Plumlee added 14 points, seven rebounds and five helpers for the Blue Devils (26-4, 13-4 ACC), who have won four of five and close out the regular season on Saturday at North Carolina. Quinn Cook gave 14 points and six boards in the victory. Erick Green had a game-high 25 points for the Hokies (13-17, 4-13), who were coming off a win against Clemson this past Saturday and will finish the regular season at Wake Forest on Sunday.

Manhattan, KS (Sports Network) – Angel Rodriguez had 21 points and 10 assists and led No. 9 Kansas State to a 79-68 win against TCU on Tuesday. Rodriguez shot 8-of-13 from the field, including 5-of-10 from three-point range. Martavious Irving and Shane Southwell scored 15 points apiece and Rodney McGruder added 13 for the Wildcats (25-5, 14-3 Big 12), who are on a six-game winning streak. Kansas State is now tied with Kansas for the top spot in the conference standings as it closes out the regular season on Saturday at No. 13 Oklahoma State. Kyan Anderson had a game-high 29 points and Devonta Abron recorded 10 points and eight rebounds off the bench for the Horned Frogs (10-20, 1-16), who have lost 16 of their last 17 games.

Piscataway, NJ (Sports Network) – Vander Blue scored 22 points on 8-of-16 shooting, and a 10-point halftime deficit couldn’t prevent No. 15 Marquette from knocking off the Rutgers Scarlet Knights, 60-54, on Tuesday. Jamil Wilson and Junior Cadougan added 10 points apiece for the Golden Eagles (22-7, 13-4 Big East), who have won three straight games. Marquette trails Georgetown by a half-game in the conference standings as it closes out the regular season on Saturday at St. John’s. Myles Mack and Jerome Seagears registered 11 and 10 points, respectively, for the Scarlet Knights (13-15, 4-13), who have lost five straight and 11 of their last 12 games.

South Bend, IN (Sports Network) – Jerian Grant poured in a game-high 21 points on 5-of-6 shooting from 3-point range and also dished out eight assists to lead 24th-ranked Notre Dame to a 66-40 win over St. John’s on senior night at Purcell Pavilion. Eric Atkins added 15 points and seven assists and Jack Cooley had 12 points and 13 boards for the Fighting Irish (23-7, 11-6 Big East), who bounced back from a 72-64 loss at Marquette on Saturday. Jakarr Sampson scored 12 points and Phil Greene IV dropped in 10 for the Red Storm (16-13, 8-9), losers in three straight. Sir’Dominic Pointer, who scored seven points and pulled down 12 boards, was ejected in the closing stages of the game after fighting Cameron Biedscheid.

El Paso, TX (Sports Network) – Chris Crawford scored 15 points and Adonis Thomas added 11 points and nine boards as No. 25 Memphis held on for a 56-54 win over UTEP on Tuesday. The Tigers (26-4, 15-0 C-USA) led 56-51 following Tarik Black’s slam with 2:21 left. Cedrick Lang cut the Miners’ deficit to 56-53 with a pair of free throws 30 seconds later. Following a Thomas miss, Jacques Streeter was fouled by Black with 52 seconds left, but missed the subsequent free throws. Crawford’s layup with 20 seconds left was blocked, giving the Miners one last chance to tie the game. Following a timeout, C.J. Cooper pulled out from well beyond the arc, but was inexplicably fouled by Black with just six seconds remaining. Cooper, though, missed the first free then sunk the second before intentionally missing the third in an attempt to get the rebound and tie the game. Black grabbed the rebound and was fouled immediately. Black missed the front end of a one-and-one but a pair of UTEP players knocked the ball out of bounds with just over two seconds left, all but sealing the win for Memphis. Geron Johnson tossed the ball near half court, but Streeter picked off the pass and dribbled alone toward the basket before hoisting a desperation heave. Streeter’s shot didn’t fall at the buzzer as Memphis remained perfect in conference play this season. Julian Washburn led the Miners (16-13, 9-6) with 19 points and Cedrick Lang added 10 points and seven boards in the setback.
