“American Idol” is about to wrap next month, with the two-part finale being featured on May 15 and May 16. But at least one of the judge, isn’t going to let that slow him down any, as Keith Urban has just announced the first two legs of his tour “Light the Fuse.”

Both of the legs are keeping Keith exclusively in the United States, with the first leg kicking off on July 18. That leg will take the country star around to some of the biggest stops in the States including Charlotte, North Carolina; Atlanta, Georgia; Detroit, Michigan; Denver, Colorado, and Los Angeles, California. The leg will wrap up in West Palm Beach, Florida on October 5 after Keith performs in a total of 28 stops.

But Urban isn’t giving himself a huge break in between legs. After wrapping up the first, he’ll start the second leg almost right away, on October 18 in Omaha, Nebraska. With almost only half of the dates on the second leg that are on the first, Keith will only travel to 17 cities on this jaunt, hitting Oklahoma City, Kansas City, Toledo, and Manchester along the way. The second leg will wrap on December 8 in Louisville, Kentucky.

What Keith may have left out in the way of dates on the second leg, he’s making up for with big opening acts — namely Little Big Town, and Dustin Lynch, also both huge country artists.

“I’ve always loved them,” Urban recently said when talking to Little Big Town. “I love the record they made, and I just felt like if they wanted to come out, it’d be a great time to collaborate together. I feel it’s more collaborative when anybody comes out with us. All of us are putting on a show for the audience, ’cause it starts the minute they walk into the arena.”

Pre-sales for tickets begin on April 2 with general public sales going on sale on April 5. For a full listing of tour dates and venues, you can check out the Keith Urban tickets page on Stub.com.
