(SportsNetwork.com) - The Oklahoma City Thunder collected their first road win of the season and will try for their first winning streak Friday night when they welcome the Detroit Pistons to Chesapeake Energy Arena.

The Thunder, who will be without All-Stars Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook for at least a few more weeks, trailed early, but rebounded to defeat the Boston Celtics, 109-94, Wednesday at TD Garden.

OKC trailed by 15 in the first half, but was led by a pair of backcourt players.

Anthony Morrow scored 19 of his 28 points in the fourth quarter and Reggie Jackson deposited 20 of his 28 points after halftime, a night after setting a career high of 29 in a loss to Milwaukee.

Nick Collison supplied 12 points off the bench and Lance Thomas set career highs with 13 rebounds and six assists for Oklahoma City, which snapped a two- game losing streak.

"I think our guys did a good job of staying together and executing our offense," said Thunder coach Scott Brooks. "We found good shots with our execution on the offensive end."

The Thunder, who outscored Boston, 50-30, in the paint, and, whose bench also had a 50-15 advantage, host the Pistons and Houston Rockets on this brief homestand.

The Pistons have dropped three in a row, including the opening two games of this four-game road trip. Things won't get easier for Detroit as it visits the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday night.

On Wednesday, the Pistons didn't have enough to put away the Washington Wizards. Detroit fell, 107-103, in Washington, but it was the first time the team scored over 100 points this season. The Pistons are tied for 25th in the NBA in scoring at 93.3 ppg.

"We just have to stay together as a team and not get down on ourselves," point guard Brandon Jennings said. "It's still early. Things can change real fast in this league. As long as we stay positive, we'll be alright."

Jennings scored a game-high 32 points for the Pistons and handed out 10 assists. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope added 20 points and Greg Monroe scored 18 for Detroit.

The Pistons led by as many as 13 in the first half, but the Wizards, who are off to their best start in 40 years, were too much. Detroit had it down to three with under a minute to go, but Washington dissected the Detroit defense to put the game away.

The Thunder have won 10 straight against the Pistons, including all six meetings in Oklahoma City.
