Asheville, NC (SportsNetwork.com) - Spencer Collins led all scorers with 21 points, and the top-seeded Wofford Terriers rolled to a 70-52 win over No. 8 seed UNC Greensboro in the quarterfinals of the Southern Conference Tournament at the U.S. Cellular Center.

Lee Skinner and Karl Cochran scored 12 apiece for the reigning SoCon Tournament champion Terriers (26-6), who notched their sixth straight win and will move into the semifinals on Sunday against Western Carolina. Justin Gordon added 10 points in 18 minutes in the victory.

Kayel Locke had a double-double with 17 points and a game-high 10 rebounds to pace the Spartans (11-22). Diante Baldwin rounded out the double-figure scorers with 13 points.

The Spartans struggled out of the gate and shot just 29.2 percent from the floor and 1-of-8 from beyond the arc in the first half, as Wofford built a 30-20 halftime lead.

The Terriers put the game away with a 58.3-percent effort from the field after halftime.

UNCG committed only seven turnovers for the game but never quite got going offensively, as the Spartans were just 35.1 percent from the floor and 2-of-15 from the perimeter.
