Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - DeAndre' Bembry posted a game-high 25 points and handed out seven assists as the Saint Joseph's Hawks knocked off the Massachusetts Minutemen, 62-56, in Atlantic 10 Conference play at Hagan Arena.

Bembry, who shot 9-of-16 from the field, added eight rebounds and five steals for the Hawks (8-9, 2-4 A-10), who have won two of their last three. Isaiah Miles notched 18 points.

Trey Davis netted 14 points for the Minutemen (10-9, 3-3), who have lost two of their last three. Donte Clark added 10 points.

The Minutemen shot 48.0 percent from the field in the first half, while the Hawks were less consistent at 39.3 percent. Still, the score was knotted at 27-27 at halftime.

In the second half the visitors dropped to 37.0 percent from the floor, while the Hawks turned it on and knocked down an even 60.0 percent. The hosts led by as many as 10 points late in the game.

The Hawks outscored the visitors 19-4 in points generated off turnovers in a game that featured 10 lead changes.
