University Park, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - D.J. Newbill had 17 points and the Penn State Nittany Lions recorded their 10th straight win and a school-record 12th consecutive non-conference home victory with a 69-49 rout of the Dartmouth Big Green on Monday.

Geno Thorpe added 12 points for the Nittany Lions (12-1), who are off to their best start since 1995-96. John Johnson and Brandon Taylor each added 10 points

Alex Mitola ended with 13 points for the Big Green (5-6), who had a two-game winning streak snapped.

Dartmouth went 19-of-54 from the field and 2-of-20 from beyond the arc.
