Los Angeles, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Mikey Thompson and Nick Duncan each scored 15 points to lead the Boise State Broncos to a 77-69 victory over the Loyola Marymount Lions as part of the LMU Classic Gersten Pavilion.

Duncan did his damage on 5-of-9 from 3-point range for Boise State (2-0). Anthony Drmic netted 12 points and Derrick Marks added 11 points and six assists.

For LMU (1-1), Evan Payne came off the bench to register a game-high 22 points and five assists. Godwin Okonji tallied a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds, while Marin Mornar had 13 points.

LMU took a 35-31 advantage into the halftime locker room after outshooting the Broncos from the field in the first half, 44.8 percent to 37 percent.

The Lions continued to lead with under five minutes to play in the second stanza, but the Broncos surged ahead with a 12-0 run and never looked back. A Thompson layup with 3:48 remaining proved to be the game-winning bucket.

In a game that consisted of 10 ties and 10 lead changes, the difference came in the turnover battle, where LMU committed 14 to Boise State's eight.
