Rochester, MI (SportsNetwork.com) - Ryan Harrow had 23 points and the Georgia State Panthers cruised past the Chicago State Cougars, 69-46, in the CBE Hall of Fame Classic.

R.J. Hunter and Curtis Washington added 13 and 11 points, respectively, for the Panthers (2-2), who snapped a two-game skid.

Anthony Glover ended with 16 points for the Cougars (2-3), who had a two-game winning streak snapped. Clarke Rosenberg tallied 14 points.
