Bowling Green, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - Zack Denny went 4-for-4 on 3-pointers and scored 18 off the bench to lead Bowling Green to a 70-55 win over Wright State on Wednesday.

After a low-scoring first half that ended with a 28-27 lead for the Raiders, the Falcons broke out in the second half with 43 points to give first-year head coach Chris Jans his first home win.

Bowling Green (2-0) shot efficiently from 3-point range, going 5-of-11, but Wright State (2-1) struggled, shooting just 7-of-26. The Raiders made their last field goal of the game with 10:10 remaining. The Falcons extended their lead to as much as 17 points late in the half.

Chrishawn Hopkins led Wright State with 13 points and Joe Thomasson added nine points and nine rebounds.

Bowling Green's Spencer Parker scored 14 points and pulled in six rebounds, and Richaun Holmes chipped in nine points, eight rebounds and a game-high five blocks.
