Wizards F Humphries to miss 3-4 weeks
Washington, DC (SportsNetwork.com) – The Washington Wizards announced that Kris Humphries had finger surgery and will be sidelined three-to-four weeks.
Humphries underwent a procedure on Thursday to repair nerve damage in his right pinkie. He lacerated his hand on the rim in the second quarter of Monday’s preseason game at Chicago.
The 29-year-old forward has averaged 6.8 points and 5.5 rebounds in 627 career games. The Wizards acquired him from the Boston Celtics in July.
