UCLA WR Pasquale passes away

Los Angeles, CA (Sports Network) – UCLA freshman wide receiver Nick Pasquale passed away early Sunday morning after being struck by a car in his hometown of San Clemente.

The 20-year-old was an All-County defensive back/wide receiver for San Clemente High School in 2011.

“This is a tragic loss,” said UCLA head football coach Jim Mora. “Nick was an outstanding young man who had a positive impact on everyone who knew him. He was a great teammate who was loved and respected by his entire team. Our thoughts are with the Pasquale family.”
