Tiger-Cats re-sign WR Tasker

Hamilton, ON (SportsNetwork.com) – The Tiger-Cats have re-signed wide receiver Luke Tasker to a new contract that will keep him in Hamilton through the 2017 season.

Tasker caught 72 passes for 937 yards and five touchdowns in 17 regular-season games in 2014, earning his first career East Division All-Star nod.

“We’re excited to have Luke back in Hamilton,” said Hamilton GM and head coach Kent Austin. “Since signing here in 2013, he has been a productive receiver for our club and developed into one of the league’s most reliable targets.”

Tasker hauled in 13 passes for 202 yards and one touchdown in 2013.
