Sunset Strip Festival Lineup Revealed

The Sunset Strip Festival is an annual rock and roll music festival held every year in one of the most rockin’ areas of Los Angeles – on Sunset Strip. This is the sixth year the festival will be held in West Hollywood, and fans knew it was going to be good once Linkin Park was announced as the headliner. But it’s gotten even better after the promoters announced this past weekend what other acts would be there too.

Warren G, Orgy, Bizarre Ride, Fatlip & SlimKid3, Awolnation, Asher Roth, and Street Drum Corps are all just a few of the acts that will be taking the various stages – and a lot of those there will be. The two outdoor stages will be where rockers flock to hear the tunes, but there will also be beer gardens, and artist autograph tents where you’ll have a chance to meet your favorite bands in person.

For some of these bands, such as Linkin Park, the festival holds special meaning, as it helped them breakthrough to the rock industry. Festival co-producer, Nic Adler, recognized these artists when announcing the festival saying, “We look forward to welcoming these artists back as they perform in front of thousands of fans on the music boulevard’s largest stage.”

The festival will be held from August 1-3, and will be shutting down the Boulevard from Doheny Drive to San Vicente Boulevard as they have in the past. Tickets range from $79 for general admission to $145 for a VIP pass.
