Seahawks’ Chancellor set to return Sunday
Renton, WA (SportsNetwork.com) – Seattle Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor is expected to return for Sunday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Chancellor, who has practiced all week, hasn’t played since Week 8 due to a groin injury.
Linebacker Malcolm Smith, who has also not played since Week 8 due to a groin injury, is set to return as well. He was a limited participant Wednesday, but practiced fully the last two days.
Starting middle linebacker Bobby Wagner remains sidelined, however, with turf toe.
Running back Marshawn Lynch is questionable with calf and rib injuries but is expected to play. He put in a full practice Friday after missing the previous two sessions.
In addition, tight end Luke Willson (ankle) and cornerback Jeremy Lane (groin) are also listed as questionable.
