Roughriders sign Lee

Regina, SK (SportsNetwork.com) – The Saskatchewan Roughriders signed defensive lineman David Lee.

Financial details of the contract were not released.

Lee will be entering his third CFL season after originally signing as a free agent with the Toronto Argonauts prior to the 2012 season. The Toronto native played 16 regular season games as a rookie recording six defensive tackles and five special teams tackles. He also dressed for both playoff games and the Argos’ Grey Cup victory.

Last season, the 23-year-old played 15 regular season games, recording 14 defensive tackles and two quarterback sacks. He added two defensive tackles and a quarterback sack in the 2013 Eastern Final.
