Ravens give Harbaugh one-year extension
Owings Mills, MD (SportsNetwork.com) – The Baltimore Ravens announced a one- year contract extension for head coach John Harbaugh on Tuesday.
Harbaugh, who guided the Ravens to a Super Bowl XLVII victory, will remain with the team through 2017. He signed a four-year deal last offseason following the Super Bowl triumph over San Francisco.
Baltimore finished just 8-8 in 2013 and missed the playoffs for the first time since Harbaugh took over as head coach in 2008. He has a record of 62-34 in the regular season and a mark of 9-4 in the postseason.
