(SportsNetwork.com) – The St. Louis Rams have agreed to trade former No. 1 overall draft pick Sam Bradford to the Philadelphia Eagles for Nick Foles in an exchange of quarterbacks, according to multiple reports.

Draft picks are also expected to be involved in the blockbuster deal, which has yet to be confirmed by either team.

Bradford was named the NFL’s Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2010 but has since had his career derailed by an assortment of injuries, most recently a torn ACL that sidelined him for the entire 2014 season. The 2008 Heisman Trophy winner is entering the final season of a six-year, $78 million contract and has a base salary of $12.895 million for 2015.

Foles put together a terrific 2013 campaign in which the three-year pro threw 27 touchdown passes and just two interceptions while leading the Eagles to an NFC East title. However, he wasn’t able to replicate those outstanding numbers while missing half of last season with a broken collarbone sustained in November.
