Pink’s Career is Skyrocketing and On Tour

Pink, the singer, has certainly had an amazing career so far and she isn’t done yet.  Her latest album The Truth About Love hit stores and iPods on September 18th 2012 and was the first time one of her albums debuted in the Billboard 200.  More exciting news for fans is that the singer has just recently announced dates for her newest tour across the US.

Why does everyone love Pink?  It may have to do with her music style, her rebellion against the norm, or perhaps it is her humor that she infuses in her music.  Others would say it is the powerhouse that is her voice, as well as just how danceable her songs are.  Whatever the reason, Pink is certainly a fun act to watch and listen to.  She currently has released six studio albums.  Her first album was entitled Can’t Take Me Home, which gave us the hit “There You Go”.  Her second studio album and currently most successful was entitled Missundaztood, which had a string of popular hits that included “Get the Party Started”, “Don’t Let Me Get Me’, “Just Like a Pill” and “Family Portrait”.  Her third album, Try This while not succeeding as well commercially did earn her, her very first Grammy Award.

Recently, along with husband Carey Hart, the singer gave birth to a beautiful daughter she named Willow.  Motherhood hasn’t slowed the singer down one bit however as she kept busy writing new songs.  Her sixth album is already climbing the charts and tour dates have been announced for cities across the US.  The first two singles off this album are entitled “Blow Me (One Last Kiss)” and “Try”.

Fans already love the new hits and are eager to hear the newest songs sung live.  The concerts are scheduled to start in February 2013 with the first stop being in Phoenix, Arizona.  She then heads out to Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Jose, Houston, Dallas, Orlando and more from there, currently being scheduled to tour the US through March 28th 2012.  Her world tour dates should also be announced soon.  Don’t miss your chance to get Pink tickets for a concert near you!
