Penguins re-sign Jeffrey

Pittsburgh, PA (Sports Network) – The Pittsburgh Penguins re-signed forward Dustin Jeffrey to a one-year contract on Thursday.

Jeffrey had three goals and three assists in 24 games for the Penguins last season.

The 6-foot-1, 205-pound Jeffrey has played parts of the past five seasons with Pittsburgh, recording 15 goals and 12 assists in 90 games.
