Pats list Brady questionable with ankle issue

Foxboro, MA (SportsNetwork.com) – The New England Patriots had a surprise addition to their final injury report for Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills.

Quarterback Tom Brady was a limited participant in Friday’s practice due to an ankle problem and has been listed as questionable for this weekend’s clash with the AFC East-rival Bills.

Brady did not appear on the injury report in either of the previous two days. However, NFL.com reported that the ailment is considered minor and the two- time league MVP is not in danger of missing Sunday’s game.

Since tearing the ACL in his left knee in the 2008 season opener and subsequently sitting out the rest of that campaign, Brady has started every game for New England.

Also termed questionable to face the Bills were cornerback Brandon Browner (ankle), linebackers Jamie Collins (thigh) and Dont’a Hightower (knee), defensive tackle Dominique Easley (shoulder/knee), wide receiver Matthew Slater (shoulder) and center Bryan Stork (head). Of that group, Browner, Easley and Stork were absent for Friday’s practice.

Rookie offensive lineman Cameron Fleming and special teamer Nate Ebner will not play on Sunday. Both are dealing with finger injuries.
