Orioles’ Davis returns from paternity list
Milwaukee, WI (SportsNetwork.com) – The Baltimore Orioles activated slugger Chris Davis from the paternity list on Tuesday.
Davis left the team over the weekend in order to attend the birth of his child — a daughter his wife, Jill, delivered on Sunday.
To make room on the roster, the Orioles optioned catcher Steve Clevenger to Triple-A Norfolk.
They are in Milwaukee for a series against the Brewers.
