NFL Preview – Week 15

After this week we’ll only be two weeks away from the end of regular season in the NFL, and things are getting close for a lot of teams. Others on the other hand, are just playing the clock out at this point until the playoffs (we’re looking at you, Green Bay!)

Green Bay Packers vs. Kansas City Chiefs
There’s a lot of drama surrounding the Kansas City Chiefs right now, and that’s definitely drama they don’t need as they go up against the team with a perfect season thus far on Sunday. After firing head coach Todd Haley on Monday, despite the fact that he led the team to the AFC West title last year. Add to this the fact that the Chiefs are simply having a terrible season while the Packers are simply having a terrific one, and the fate seems to be sealed.

Washington Redskins vs. New York Giants
What’s the best thing about this game on Sunday afternoon? It’s two mediocre teams matched up against each other, and that always makes for great football! Add to that the fact that the Giants are looking to avenge their loss to the Redskins in Week 1, and it only gets better. The Redskins do have an abysmal record of 4 — 9 this season, while the Giants are looking to hold onto their playoff chances. This one is tough to call, but the Giants will most likely pull it out as they need it just that much more than the Redskins.

New England Patriots vs. Denver Broncos
It’s Brady versus Tebow in this matchup on Sunday night. It’s all anyone will be watching, and it’s by far the biggest game of the season — maybe for both teams. Tim Tebow’s game is outstanding and matched by few in the NFL, and he’s been enjoying quite a run with seven straight wins in a row. But facts are still facts, and Tebow’s belief is just not good enough to go up against Tom Brady; who, by the way, is still angry about his loss in Denver in October 2009. Tebow had nothing to do with it, but that won’t stop the Patriots’ defense from running through him on the field.
