Tyler Toffoli, Anze Kopitar, Jeff Carter and Tanner Pearson lit the lamp for the Kings, who improved to 1-1-1 on the young season. Martin Jones made 29 saves. Bryan Little scored the lone goal for the Jets, who have lost two in a row. Michael Hutchinson stopped 10-of-13 shots before being pulled in the second period. Ondrej Pavelec turned aside 17-of-18 shots in relief.
