Chris Paul extended his NBA-record streak with at least 10 points and 10 assists to start a season to 13 games. Paul had 17 points and 12 helpers, and the Clippers got 27 points and 10 rebounds from Blake Griffin. Jamal Crawford scored 18 for the Clippers, who have dropped two of their last three since a four-game winning streak.

Hickson scored 14 with nine rebounds, Kenneth Faried netted 12 points with 11 boards and Randy Foye and Ty Lawson finished with 12 and 10 points, respectively, for Denver, which hasn’t lost to Chicago at home since Feb. 8, 2006. Derrick Rose led Chicago, which snapped a five-game winning streak, with 19 points and four assists in 33 minutes and Carlos Boozer and Mike Dunleavy both chipped in with 15 points.
