Just 24 hours after edging the Bucks in triple overtime, Brook Lopez scored 26 points to lead the Brooklyn Nets to a 123-111 triumph over the Indiana Pacers. Bojan Bogdanovic contributed 21 points on 8-for-8 shooting off the bench and Deron Williams netted 17 for the Nets, who had lost their last five meetings with Indiana. The Pacers, who entered the game in a virtual tie with Boston for the eighth playoff spot in the Eastern Conference, failed to pick up a game on the idle Celtics. Instead, they slipped to 10th place, just a half-game ahead of the Nets. George Hill had 18 points and nine assists to lead a balanced scoring attack for Indiana, losers in five straight games on the heels of a 7-0 stretch. Solomon Hill and Luis Scola added 17 points apiece.

Auburn Hills, MI (SportsNetwork.com) – Reggie Jackson had 22 points and 11 assists as the Detroit Pistons defeated the Chicago Bulls 107-91 on Saturday night. Caron Butler netted 20 points and Andre Drummond added 14 points and nine rebounds for the Pistons, who have won 2-of-3 on the heels of a 10- game losing streak. Pau Gasol posted 27 points and 10 boards and Aaron Brooks supplied 19 points and five assists for Chicago, which has dropped three of its last five games. The Pistons trailed 56-44 at the break, but outscored Chicago 61-35 in the second half.

Markieff and Marcus Morris netted 17 points apiece, with Markieff handing out six assists and Marcus pulling down 10 rebounds as well. With the win, Phoenix moved within a half-game of idle- New Orleans for the ninth spot in the Western Conference. Both teams sit within striking distance of the eighth-place Thunder, who are expected to be without Kevin Durant and Serge Ibaka for the rest of the regular season. Donatas Motiejunas paced Houston with 18 points and Trevor Ariza had 15 and 12 rebounds for the Rockets. Star James Harden struggled shooting, finishing 5- for-19 for 16 points in the setback.

The Grizzlies have won two straight and four of their last five. Damian Lillard had 27 points to lead the Blazers, while LaMarcus Aldridge finished with 16 points. Portland, which wrapped its five-game road trip, dropped its season-high fourth straight game.
