Aquitaine, France (SportsNetwork.com) – Azahara Munoz birdied the last hole on Sunday to break a three-way tie and win the Ladies Open de France by one shot.

Munoz, who has now won this tournament two years in a row, fired a final- round, 3-under 67 at Chantaco Golf Club and she finished the week at 11-under- par 269.

After making a par at the first, Munoz got going with a birdie on No. 2. However, Munoz tripped to a double-bogey on the par-3 third hole, dropping her back to 1-over for the day.

Following three straight pars, Munoz got back into red numbers when she drained two birdies in a three-hole stretch from No. 7. Munoz made the turn at minus-1, but she fell to even par with a bogey on No. 10.

Heading to the 15th hole, Munoz needed to make something happen if she was going to successfully defend her title. She did just that with birdies on 15 and 17 to tie Amy Boulden and Maria Hernandez atop the leaderboard.

Munoz’s sixth birdie of the day was her biggest as she won the title with a gain at the last.

Boulden (66) and Hernandez (72) both settled for a second-place tie at 10- under 270, while Florentyna Parker (68) finished alone in fourth at minus-9.
