Montana opponent bussing 1,260 miles
(Sports Network) – If you think Division II school Oklahoma Panhandle State faces a difficult assignment with its game against FCS power Montana this week, consider the visiting Aggies’ bus driver.
The Aggies are traveling to the game by bus. It’s a 1,260-mile trip from their campus in Goodwell, Okla.
They began their journey on Thursday, scheduled to arrive in Missoula around dinner time Friday.
Saturday’s game at Washington-Grizzly Stadium is the first meeting between the two programs. Panhandle State has a 1-2 record; Montana, ranked ninth in the FCS, is 2-0.
