Lions DT Fairley leaves with knee injury

London, England (SportsNetwork.com) – Detroit Lions defensive tackle Nick Fairley left Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Falcons with a right knee injury.

In the second quarter, he got mixed up with Ndamukong Suh and immediately grabbed his knee, eventually being helped off the field.

He was later taken into the locker room and the team announced that he would not return to the game.
