Lakers’ Young sidelined with fractured kneecap
El Segundo, CA (SportsNetwork.com) – Los Angeles Lakers guard Nick Young will remain sidelined indefinitely because of a fractured kneecap.
Young has missed the last 11 games because of the injury and a recent CT scan revealed the small fracture. The Lakers said the injury should heal itself with rest and that Young will continue to be evaluated on a weekly basis.
The 29-year-old USC product is averaging 13.4 points and 2.3 rebounds in 42 games this season.
