Kings extend Thomas qualifying offer

Sacramento, CA (SportsNetwork.com) – The Sacramento Kings extended a qualifying offer to guard Isaiah Thomas on Wednesday.

The offer makes Thomas a restricted free agent, giving the Kings the right to match any offer Thomas receives.

Thomas averaged 20.3 points and 6.3 assists in 72 games this past season with the Kings.

A three-year NBA veteran, he has career averages of 15.3 points, 4.8 assists and 2.5 rebounds per game. He was selected 60th overall in the 2011 NBA Draft.
