Kershaw easily wins 3rd NL Cy Young
(SportsNetwork.com) – Clayton Kershaw was a unanimous and unsurprising choice to win his second consecutive National League Cy Young Award and third in four years.
The Los Angeles Dodgers ace was picked first on all 30 ballots, beating fellow finalists Johnny Cueto of the Cincinnati Reds and Adam Wainwright of the St. Louis Cardinals.
The announcement was made Wednesday night on MLB Network.
The American League winner will be announced shortly. Seattle’s Felix Hernandez, Cleveland’s Corey Kluber and Chicago’s Chris Sale are the finalists.
