Jordan Staal to make season debut Monday night
Raleigh, NC (SportsNetwork.com) – Carolina Hurricanes forward Jordan Staal has been activated from injured reserve and is expected to make his season debut in Monday’s home game against the Montreal Canadiens.
Staal suffered a broken right fibula in a preseason game at Buffalo on Sept. 23. He didn’t miss a game in his first two seasons with the Hurricanes.
The younger brother of team captain Eric Staal has 145 goals and 174 assists in 561 career games.
