Jags DB Blackmon has broken finger

Jacksonville, FL (SportsNetwork.com) – Jacksonville Jaguars defensive back Will Blackmon will miss some time, but not the rest of the season with a fractured left index finger.

Blackmon, who has started four of Jacksonville’s eight games this season, was injured during Sunday’s loss to Miami.

“It’s not going to put me out for the year, but only time will tell,” he said, according to the team’s official website.

Blackmon has 30 tackles and one sack in his second season for the Jaguars and eighth in the NFL.
