Hossa plays in Game 4
Boston, MA (Sports Network) – Chicago Blackhawks right wing Marian Hossa was back in the lineup for Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Finals against the Boston Bruins.
Hossa sat out Monday’s 2-0 loss to the Bruins after suffering an upper-body injury during pregame warmups. The three-time 40-goal scorer did not participate in Wednesday’s morning skate as a precaution, but did take part in the pre-game warmup.
He gave an assist in the 6-5 overtime win for Chicago on Wednesday, which tied the series at 2-2 with Game 5 set for Saturday in Chicago.
Hossa, a 15-year NHL veteran with 434 career goals, has tallied seven goals and nine assists along with a plus-eight rating in 20 games during this year’s playoffs.
