Chris Williams managed an even-par 72 and is in fifth place at minus-10. Greg Machtaler (72), Mark Silvers (72) and Paul Ferrier (71).

Gligic birdied the first and fourth to move 10-under par. He dropped in back- to-back birdie efforts at seven and eight. He got to 13-under with a birdie on the par-5 10th.

The 2012 ATB Financial Classic winner traded a bogey for a birdie from the 12th. After a pair of pars, Gligic posted a birdie on the 16th, but he gave that right back with a bogey on 17. Gligic birdied the par-5 closing hole to post 14-under.

McCarthy also birdied the first, but he followed with four straight pars from the second. He converted another birdie try at the sixth.

However, he gave those two strokes back with bogeys on the ninth and 12th. McCarthy flew into a share of the lead with birdies at 13 and 15, as well as one on the 18th.

NOTES: Harmon, who is No. 4 on the Order of Merit, has a chance to improve his position in that race as Joel Dahmen and Brock Mackenzie, Nos. 1 and 3 on the Order of Merit, missed the cut, while No. 2 Tim Madigan and No. 5 Josh Persons are well down the leaderboard … Gligic could also jump as high as third on the Order of Merit with a win and McCarthy could move to sixth … Seven of the 10 PGA Tour Canada events have been won by the third-round leader this year.
