Falcons LT Matthews ruled out vs. Bengals
Flowery Branch, GA (SportsNetwork.com) – Rookie Atlanta Falcons left tackle Jake Matthews has been ruled out for Sunday’s game in Cincinnati because of an ankle injury.
The No. 6 overall draft pick was injured during his NFL debut on Sunday against New Orleans and missed practice all week.
He will likely be replaced by fourth-year veteran Gabe Carimi, according to the team’s official website.
Falcons wide receiver Roddy White is listed as probable to play with a knee injury after practicing fully on Friday.
