Falcons activate S Moore; White questionable
Flowery Branch, GA (SportsNetwork.com) – The Atlanta Falcons will have William Moore back in the lineup for Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals after placing the previously injured safety on the active roster Friday.
Moore was placed on injured reserve/designated to return on Sept. 30 after he separated his shoulder in a Week 4 loss at Minnesota. The 2012 Pro Bowl selection has missed Atlanta’s last seven games.
While Moore is expected to play, the Falcons are uncertain if wide receiver Roddy White will be able to go for Sunday’s key Week 13 tilt after the veteran sat out a third day of practice on Friday.
White, who is dealing with an ankle injury, is listed as questionable to face the Cardinals.
Nose tackle Paul Soliai also is questionable for Sunday’s contest due to a personal matter that has kept him away from the team during the week.
Cornerback Robert Alford will miss a second straight game with a broken wrist he sustained at Carolina on Nov. 16.
