Eminem Plays Osheaga Music Festival Before Heading to Lollapalooza!
It will take a long time for Canadian Eminem fans to recover after this weekend when Eminem opens the show at the Osheaga Music Festival in Montreal. Eminem will take the stage on July 29 where he’ll undoubtedly perform a few hits from his latest album Recovery, which sold nearly 3.5 million copies in 2010. This is bound to be a big show as Eminem has retreated a bit from the road in recent years, tending to only show up at big venues and big events — and this is sure to be one of them! Add to that the fact that Eminem hasn’t been in Canada for over a decade, and there’s even more reason to be excited! Also playing in the festival are big names such as Tragically Hip, Elvis Costello, and The Flaming Lips — and tickets are still available!
For those who aren’t in Montreal this weekend, Eminem’s going to be performing two more shows in the United States before heading over to Ireland later in August. On August 5, Eminem will perform at the Kanrocksas at Kansas Speedway before heading to Lollapalooza in Chicago, Illinois the next day on August 6.
