Elon seeks to rebound in 2015

Elon, NC (SportsNetwork.com) – Elon will open the 2015 season with a visit to Wake Forest and play five home matchups as part of an 11-game schedule announced Thursday.

Elon last met Wake Forest in 2009 and will head to Winston-Salem seeking its first win in a series it trails 0-9-1.

Coach Rich Skrosky’s Phoenix will try to rebound from a 1-11 record in his second season at the helm. They will host matchups at Rhodes Stadium against North Carolina A&T (Sept. 19) and CAA opponents Towson (Sept. 26), James Madison (Oct. 17, Homecoming), William & Mary (Nov. 7) and Delaware (Nov. 21).
