Dolphins LS Denney gets 3-year extension
Miami, FL (Sports Network) – The Miami Dolphins rewarded long snapper John Denney with a three-year contract extension.
The Herald reported on Thursday that the new pact will pay the 34-year-old more than $1.15 million per season.
Denney is heading into his ninth NFL season, and does so as the longest- tenured member of the team, having broken into the league in 2005.
The Colorado native and Brigham Young product, who was a Pro Bowl selection following the 2010 season, has participated in 128 games for Miami.
