Dodgers’ Puig is NL Player of the Month

New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) – Los Angeles Dodgers right fielder Yasiel Puig was named Tuesday as the NL Player of the Month for May.

Puig batted .398 with a .492 on-base percentage, eight homers and 25 RBI in 28 games during the month.

Puig also earned the award in June 2013, his first month in the majors.
