Dodgers place Uribe on DL

Los Angeles, CA (SportsNetwork.com) – The Los Angeles Dodgers have placed infielder Juan Uribe on the 15-day disabled list with a strained right hamstring.

Uribe, who had a stint on the DL earlier this season, has batted .293 with six homers and 35 RBI in 81 games for the Dodgers this season.

In a corresponding move, LA recalled infielder Carlos Triunfel from Triple-A Albuquerque.
