Dodgers’ Capuano leaves start early
Cincinnati, OH (Sports Network) – Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Chris Capuano exited Friday’s start against the Cincinnati Reds in the second inning with a mild groind strain.
Capuano, who was on the mound Friday because Hyun-Jin Ryu had his start pushed to next week due to a stiff back, made a pitch to Reds shortstop Zack Cozart and came up wincing.
After a brief visit on the mound with the trainer, Capuano exited and Peter Moylan entered from the bullpen.
