Dodgers agree to terms with Cuban defector Guerrero
Los Angeles, CA (SportsNetwork.com) – The Los Angeles Dodgers have reportedly agreed to a contract with Cuban infielder Alexander Guerrero.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Guerrero’s deal is worth $28 million over four years with a $10 million signing bonus. He can also earn another $4 million in bonuses.
Guerrero, a middle infielder, defected from Cuba earlier this year and had been working out in the Dominican Republic.
